At 12.30 PM i.e. 29:25 part of our YouTube live series “#MoneyWithRamani”, our Research Analyst Ashwin mentioned that 51,200 was a key level for Bank Nifty on Intraday basis.
A breakout above 51,200 supported by call writers exit and put writing entry at the 51,200 Strike is what was need for a smooth up move.
Bank Nifty broke out of this level around 1.45 PM and moved up sharply. The 51,200 call at 1.45 PM was around 132. The next one hour saw a sharp up move which the drove the premiums sharply until 811 before finally settling at 199.
